Our products are made from carefully-selected raw materials. These consist of 100% softwood, guaranteed untreated.

Production of LJT-products takes place in modern high-tech workshop, located near the green coniferous plantations. Our modern machines are able to produce large quantities of quality LJT products in the form of wood shavings and wood flours.

LJT-shavings are produced by process, ensuring high product quality, purity, and the environment, starting from the supply of pine logs and include the following automated and constantly controlled processes and operations:

o       debark the logs in a debarker machine;

o       production of shavings of different sizes and thicknesses, by automated machinery;

o       drying the shavings to a moisture content of 10%; the drying is performed in a modern dryer, in which the heated fresh air from the heat exchanger passes through the material (shavings), resulting in the formation of a dry product, without any odor and color (except natural);

o       cooling the shavings in a special refrigerator;

o       mechanical sieving of the shavings to their full dedusting;

o       control the humidity of the product;

o       weighing;

o       baling by pressing the material into plastic bags, getting square bales weighing 20 kg;

o       packaging and storage of pallets.

And all this results in a product of extreme purity, with consistent high quality.
